Sinclair Condiments Co. is a multi award winning condiment producer with taste and quality at the forefront of everything we do.
Founded by Nik Sinclair from his home in the summer of 2012. Sinclair Condiments Co. has quickly grown in support as a trusted local business supplying wholesale, catering and direct to the customer.
After becoming increasingly disenchanted with his lifelong career as a retail manager Nik took the plunge and left employment in the summer of 2012 to pursue his ambtion to run his own company and learn about business as he went. He originally made roasted red pepper ketchup as a hobby after becoming obsessed by a tomato ketchup recipe he had stumbled across some 4 years earlier. It took around six months to build up a range and learn all he needed to know to build a company in catering before finally hitting the farmers markets in early 2013.
After only trading for 6 months Nik won a coveted gold star at the great taste awards for his original and unique fermented green chilli sauce and just a month later won a producers bursary award for the BBC Good Food Show and featured at the NEC in Birmingham in the summer of 2014, placing him as one of Britains best upcoming artisan food producers.
